We arrived at the restaurant and it's all closed, empty and locked up and the phone number is out of service so this business appears to not be operating any longer but Google search is showing that it's open

My family and I decided to try out Sweeteheartz due to the good reviews... I’m not sure what happened between the good reviews and the time I got there, but we will not be going back.The prices are reasonable. We waited a while for our carry out. Inside seating is not open at this time.I ordered the ham steak, grits and eggs. My ham was over cooked, tough and tasteless. There is nothing that I’ve ever eaten that I can compare it to. I was very disappointed. I ordered from Grubhub. I was supposed to get waffles and scrambled eggs. There were no scrambled eggs and waffles were cold. There were no utensils and napkins. I called to complain and the person who answered the phone was not apologetic. She said they would send a driver out to send me my order again. The driver never showed up again. I will never eat at this place again nor will I order from them via Grubhub.
