Every single time that we order from this Pollo tropical is the same issue. There’s nothing wrong with the delivery service is the fact that they don’t pay attention to the orders whatsoever. You ask for crispy chicken they give you grilled chicken, you ask for brown rice they give you white rice. This Pollo Restaurant, I consider the best! Barbie, the order taker, is super nice, very professional with the public, and knowledgeable of the products Pollo offers. The restaurant is always clean, and the temperature of the food is perfect. As I travel throughout Miami, this one is my favorite.
