“Review from first time visit. Party of 3. Everyone's food was great, other 2 ordered the meatloaf and a burger. Said was great. I ordered the gator bites and Mahi Mahi melt minus the cheese. First time having gator and I really liked it! Kinda a cross between chicken and fish taste haha but good! Mahi sandwich was pretty good as well but kinda wish it was a gator sandwich after those bites ?”

“A five star eating place in central Florida- the fries were perfection and the Reuben -- well how can one get a Reuben really in central Florida -- well here you can. The setting is worth a mention -- Glamorous real. Worth a visit ! And wear your best knickers!”

“We celebrated a friends 75th birthday with lunch and cocktails. Meggen our server was very attentive and made sure all was taken care of. they served a free mini cheesecake for our friend to celebrate her birthday while we all sang.”

“Two of us had fesh halibut flown in from Alaska. It had a tasty exterior but it was a thin piece whick was overcooked and very dry. We would have told our waitress, but she never came back to our table after the initial inquiry before we had even touched our food. We did say something when she finally returned to see if we wanted dessert. The spaghetti squash side was excellent as was the mushroom soup.”

The customer service at this place is tied with the taste and quality of the delicious food!! It's extremely clean and a has a great atmosphere! “5 Stars all the way around. This is a fantastic location for a great lunch with friends. The atmosphere is very quaint, charming, relaxing, comfortable...I could go on. I am so glad a mutual friend recommended it to us.Our server explained that everything is made from fresh from scratch and that the chef has been with them for over 20 years.I started with a nice craft beer and a bowl of the Irish Whiskey Onion soup. The soup was very good although I used my knife to cut through some of the cheese and fried onions. My bride ordered a sangria and a mushroom burger. The savory chicken sandwich with fries was ordered by two of us and the Philly sandwich with fries was ordered as well.All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal and we had no room for dessert. While our meal for two cost over $80, it is a bit on the pricey side if you decide to have 2 beers, a sangria, soup and 2 sandwiches. But it was worth it!This is a great place to dine. We dined on the main floor but you should check out the bar and lounge upstairs as well. Or outside. Just loved The Goblin!”

“My first time at this place. My husband comes all the time. Now I feel betrayed. Amazing soul/comfort food. The fried chicken was just like my mothers, and that is saying something. The mac & cheese was for real. Collard greens were so authentic, It was like I traveled back in time.The owner greeted us as soon as we walked in. The sweet tea was good and southern. As it should be. She hugged my husband‘s neck. And knew what he wanted to order. Why is the wife always the last one to know?The street in front of the restaurant is torn up and closed to traffic. We had to park at the children’s advocacy center and drive through their parking lot to get to Cotton’s. It was well worth the hunt.My lunch was served in a Styrofoam clamshell of which I was grateful. My plan was to eat only half and save the rest for dinner. Alas, my self-control vanished. I am now stuffed and feeling slightly guilty, but I will be back. And if my husband is lucky, I will even bring him along.”

“The 3C’s Mac and cheese was delicious! As someone who tries it everywhere I can (it’s my favorite food), I was blown away by the uniqueness and flavor of the dish. The server did forget our apps, but was very honest and polite about it, so no big deal. Everyone loved their food!The atmosphere was good, and there’s a nice view of the water out the patio windows. Cool decoration inside, as the restaurant is water ski themed.Dietary restrictions: Handled a nut allergy just fine.”

“Stumbled upon this place today and omg, the coffee was fantastic! I am a true “coffee snob” lol and I always look for local coffee spots when I’m out and about….this has so far been my absolute favorite! The quality and roast was perfect ? paired it with a warm blueberry muffin that my daughter loved and ate the whole thing ? it’s about 45 mins from where I live but I’ll definitely make a drive to go back for a great latte!”

“I was truly shocked by how EXCELLENT the food here was.We pulled up to the boat dock and, from the outside, it looks like a typical waterfront food shack.However, the food is truly incredible. Our server was super nice and never felt overbearing, but made sure we were well taken care of.I ordered the fish and chips and the fish was cooked well and the breading was great. I got fried vegetables (zucchini, peppers, squash, and capers) with were grilled to perfection. Then the fries. I ordered garlic Parmesan fries as a side and they were some of the best fries I’ve ever had. Slathered in a garlicky sauce and topped with melted parmesan. I couldn’t get enough! I was dipping them in their tartar sauce (I usually don’t like tartar sauce, but this one was very mayo-y and had some mustard in it and it was really good) and I couldn’t get enough.All-in-all, don’t sleep on this place. The outside may look like a typical drive, but the food is in a league of its own.”

“03/16/2024. First time here. The most unique wine tasting I've ever experienced. Been to hundreds of winery's. Tastings range from $10 to $50. This Tasting is FREE. Tastes are much smaller but you follow a line, a staff member gives pours a small amount in your mini cup with a description of the wine. Most here are sweeter. The grapes in Florida don't lend themselves to dryer more bold wines. Here the dryer wines appear to be blended with California grapes. The wines are ok. Big, very nice place. Huge gift shop and nice bar upstairs with variety of food available. The best part of this place is with nice weather bring your lawn chairs for live music from a very large outdoor stage. It was gourgous today. We had our chairs and listened to Dale New. Excellent. Lots of food available to purchase outside too as well as other drinks and ice cream. Will definitely return.”

“Not your cookie cutter corporate watered down donut selection. Boston creme filled donuts were superb. All other assorted donuts were fresh and delicious. The line was out the door when I arrived, but it moved quickly and efficiently. A well oiled business, and worth the short wait to get the goodies.Parking: I parked a block away on the street north of the business.”

“We had a group of 13. Service was great, food portions were generous and our server had no issues with splitting the check. The Asian Chicken Salad was fresh and the dressing very tasty. The ribs were "fall off the bone" good. Definitely will return.”
