I tried for 30 minutes to get through on the phone was calling when I got there they said there's nothing wrong with their phone but it wasn't ringing in the store they turned their ringer off. Greeted by a very pleasant Serina. As I was placing my order, I hear this voice coming from in back. I assure you I heard her very clear. Assuming it was the shift manager speaking... "You better try harder to learn this because you arent getting it... You've been here two weeks already" along with some just rude statements and hostility. Totally unacceptable. Rude.
