Asked for condiments when i was at the pickup window. I was snidely told that from now on I MUST ask when I place my order, NOT when I get my food. I said, "Oh, really? That's interesting." The food there is fair, but the service is awful. Not the first time I've had snarky service there. But, it will be the last time. I wasn't given a printed receipt so I couldn't do a survey or call anyone about it.
