The server ripped me and my family off big time, charged us $120, and the bill was supposed to come out to $84. Kountry fried steak was 11.95 somehow it turned out to be $18? The server added herself on a $35 tip, and didnt inform me, as i proceeded to tell her i left her tip on the table, which was $20. Didnt acknowledge that she added herself on a $35 tip, wasnt worth it, and way over 20%. She did not get me or my family refills, came to the table one time to take our order, and that was it. Once my family realized she ripped us off we went back into the resturant, and the girl was a snob, and another lady asked her, did you tell them you added that on? she responded no. So she took the $20 tip from the table, and added on $35 for herself. Insane. really liked the food here. But the service sucks. I'm super disappointed. Me and my family would have been regulars. Sucks because there's no decent resturants in immokalee. And if your white there gonna rip you off cause they can.

So we stopped here yesterday as we were in the area and had a very nice Breakfast Today we stopped in because yesterday was so good!Yasmine is our server and we are not disappointed my wife ordered a salad for lunch and it was not only Hugh! But fresh and delicious I requested a Mushroom Swiss Burger with a side of Bacon because yesterday the Bacon was crisp and delicious!! Not disappointed again and even during the lunch Rush! Plenty of help, friendly and efficient and still clean!! So glad we found the Kountry Kitchen!!!

We’re from out of state and have been to Immokalee several times. We always eat at KK. Great food all day. Great daily specials and large portions. Unbelievable how fast the food comes out of the kitchen, hot, fresh home cooking. The waiters need to stay focused on their customers but young girls like to talk together. Highly recommend KK.

I loved this place for the longest however I recently had a 2 bad experiences my food was cold and undercooked and I couldn’t eat it off. I still paid and left because I didn’t want any problems. I changed my side as well but left unhappy and my stomach wasn’t full.

I must say employees are super nice atmosphere a plus I was disappointed that they stopped Breakfast at 11am.I really wanted to try the breakfast, but I must say I had the Swai fish they did accommodations. I didn't want it fried they grilled it for me. We had the best waitress Priscilla, and she answered all my questions about the food. We will be coming back next time a bit earlier.
