“My wife and I ate here to try a new BBQ place - we will be back! The service was outstanding, and the food was also really good. We had a variety of different kinds of meats and sides, and the ones that stood out to me where the pulled pork as well as the baked beans. But loved being able to get into a small place with great table service, which is a positive experience versus another local BBQ place we go to also.“

“We ate at Valley Smoke last night for a friend’s birthday. They ordered almost every appetizer and I’m telling u that they were ALL delicious!! My favorite was the fried green Tomatoes and house made chips. Then I had the brisket that was tear apart, melt in your mouth delicious! My hubs had the wahoo fish and it was great! Hands down this was the BEST food I’ve ever had and the place is really cool!! Oh and the bar and drinks were great too!! I highly recommend and will definitely be back.Parking: Valet parking“
“I wanted to give 3 stars, but honestly their customer service makes it a 4. Everyone is extremely friendly and check on you regularly to see if you need anything. They certainly live their brand - and it shows from the workers, the ambiance, and noon national anthem. I loved the variety of bbq sauces. I opted for the NC style pulled pork sandwich. I felt like neither the coleslaw or pulled pork had much flavor. It was ok, but nothing I would crave again. I will say they didnt skimp on the meat though, and it was a decent sized sandwich. I will likely give this place another try, just because the customer service was great.“
“This is my 1st choice when it comes to seafood restaurants. Sadly we are a little bit far from this place but it's definitely worth the trip. When you first enter the restaurant you will be greeted and you the special will be on the left so make sure to look there because you don't want to miss the goodStuff! This place is huge, they have a bar at the back corner of the restaurant and the rest is a seating area. We've been here 4 times and I have tried their blackened shrimp and the way they seasoned their shrimp is just perfect! The steamed oyster was delicious and I can just eat that everyday! We also tried the fried gator and at first I wasn't sure but I'm so glad I tried it because it was so good! The sides that comes with the food is fries, coleslaw and hush puppies, I don't eat a lot of coleslaw but this coleslaw is great! This place is definitely worth a visit! You can tell that their seafoods are fresh and that's a must!“
“One of my favorite hot pot places ever - HIGHLY recommended. Their food is amazing, with a rotating conveyor belt-type offering of sides. Full buffet bar with meats and various items and seasonings. Excellent dessert with amazing ice cream! I love it here!“

“Crazy location, insanely good BBQ! I mean, inside a car dealership?? Those loaded cheese fries are delicious and the turkey sandwich had about 10 oz of turkey on it! So good. Moist, tender and juicy. Ask about their story, it’s a treat!“
“The Charleston burger was fantastic-great thick burger that was prepared nicely. The fries have that crunchy coating which is delicious. A few suggestions: 1. There is no claw game and my kids saw one in the photos for the place. Silly I know, however if you have kids it's everything. Also probably a huge moneymaker so investing in one would be good because kids make you return for this type of thing 2. Don't put diced green onion on a kids pizza as garnish. My daughter loved it once we picked it off, but most kids are picky and if they want extras they'll ask for it 3. The buck game didn't work, even with dollars so again, I think this would probably be a decent way to make additional money so make sure the games work as my kids likely would have spent half my wallet I'm only giving suggestions because I really liked this place, our waitress was friendly and very attentive. The food was great and I really want us to go back again soon!“
“Always a great experience for the taste buds! We had the fatty brisket, smoked turkey, sausage, potato salad and brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked to perfection. Brisket had a rich smoky flavor. The sausage and turkey were fantastic dipped in a bit of the mustard or 06 bbq sauce. The potato salad is very different from other places, almost a cold version of German potato salad with green beans in it. Something we will definitely try to duplicate at home. Brussels were perfectly crispy. We will most certainly return.“
“This food buss I ordered the jerk chicken with rice and peas and a side of sweet plantain. The plantain was perfectly cooked, and the chicken delicious as well as the rice. Even the cabbage on the side was a great way to reset the palate. Great food. They also have good lunch specials. Check this place out.“
“Oriental BBQ shack right by Neptune/Atlantic Beach. I've been coming here for years and their BBQ is so good! Very good prices, fast service, and a nice family run spot. They have outdoor seating and parking. I usually just get the chicken and beef BBQ sticks and rice but I'm sure the other entrees are good too!“
“While visiting the Mayo for ten days, I had the privilege of eating at Bono's. After surgery, it was my go-to spot for lunch and/or supper! I tried everything in those 10 days, I can honestly say it was some of the best BBQ I've had in a long time. Even better, all of their sides were great! Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. I enjoyed the many types of sauces they had to offer. My father liked it just as much as me, and we loved that our plates fed us for more than one meal. If your in the area looking for a place to eat, just go ahead and stop looking, eat here!“

We have family that lives in J-ville and they recommended this one over a couple others, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I will say that it was a great recommendation!!! It wasn't busy when we went. Service was great and drinks were on point. Even tried to tip the bartender separately, and he didn't want to take it and was just happy that we liked the drinks.... though we wouldn't take no for an answer so he finally agreed. Lol my girl and I ordered the whole meat platter with the 4 sides and it was so good... even the leftovers were good the next day!“
