After what Ms. Carol helped me with I couldn't NOT leave a review for her. I made a mistake ordering through my app and she took the time and was patient enough to not only help me fix it, but had 2 convos with Door dash to make sure THEY were on the same page. My mother and I were in town for Doctor's visit, we are not familiar with Jacksonville and we're staying at a hotel that had no information to give us for places to eat. I could not find a pizza place that would deliver without going through doordash. I was not familiar with this concept as I have not used it before.We wanted one large pizza, the works.
