Ordered the 3 course meal for 2. The food was good except my steak was rare rather than medium rare. Everything still was good and our server Mariah was very attentive and nice. We had one Caesar salad and one BLT salad, 1 grilled salmon and 1 steak, and 2 brulee cheesecakes. We also had the Philly Cheesesteak eggrolls.
On Easter Sunday we were going to try a new restaurant that had just opened in the town center. Lucky for us they were closed! We went to Firebirds instead and tried it for the 1st time. Wow! the food was great, good portions and great atmosphere here. Really enjoyed everything and our service by Tre was 5 star. No complaints here. Will be back soon and look forward to our next experience. Thank you Tre at Firebirds.

Food was good. Husband and I ate here for our anniversary. I had the surf and turf with a lobster tail and bacon wrapped sirloin along with the street corn. My husband had the grilled salmon and shrimp with the rice pilaf and vegetables.It was pretty good overall and great service. Food could’ve been warmer and the lobster had no seasoning but I would give it another try.
