I haven't been to a Five Guys in YEARS because I always hated the wait, no matter how far in advance I placed the order. I had a craving for some good fries and decided to give them another shot. I ordered online - one large fries, a grilled cheese with a 1/3 lb beef patty added and a milkshake. I've heard people say you have to try their grilled cheese burger and that's how to order it. I was served by Michael M, who welcomed us so kindly and was very patient. The whole crew working tonight were lovely people and the food was delicious. Well done, we are very impressed!

I finally tried out this particular establishment, and I was not impressed. I know I've rated it 4 stars. However, the only complaint is the cost. The food was freshly made, and the staff was super helpful and personable. I've had better burgers ? for less. I wanted to give them a try. I think overall my expectations were too high. I don't think it's 5 star worthy.
