Glow took care of my order. What a wonderful asset to Hardee’s. Fantastic customer service with a caring attitude. You don’t find that at many fast food places anymore.
Complimenting Angelo, who worked drive thru, and the cook on this visit. He was very courteous, used his manners, and whoever prepared our food order, did it with love. I wish I had taken photos, but once I got those fresh, hot, crispy fries, it was GAME OVER! SO GOOD! BEST FRIES EVER FROM A FAST FOOD PLACE.#NotAFryEater (was today ?)

I ordered the 2 for 5.00 chicken wrap and was surprised by the size.It was devoured in 6 bites could've been ah longer wrap wit more meat but I was satisfied for time being.
Glow was very friendly and was kind in telling me that you can't add-on at the window. I apologize and was willing to drive around to order one more item. I appreciate how she spoke to me regarding the situation.

Tired of how selective these fast food restaurants in jax are. Lobby closed, tried to call, but employees have fam/friends in lobby and can't even bother to attend to customer waiting. This is just the standard anymore I guess.

They have gotten a lot better here. The young girl at the counter always is nice and helpful and has a smile on her face. I got there a little too early before serving lunch and she checked to find me the times on the food ahead of time. So far, looking good. Food was good.
