Nasty don't know what happened here but it was like the chicken sandwich, & burgers were like a week old chicken fried out & tough. Don't even let me get started on burgers ? hard & burnt. All I can say is y'all have lost some customers.

Took forever for my food and then they forgot the bacon on burger had to wait a while again just for two strips of bacon to be added.
Ordered online/app. As always something is missing from my order yet Hardees still charges me. No luck calling them, I ALWAYS get the fax machine. They never answer the phone. I'd stop ordering but I love their breakfast products. It's good food, I just don't get what I order.........grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!

Went there on Christmas or Xmas Eve.We waited In the Line To Only be Informed that They Only Have Hot Ham And Cheese or Kids Meals. Seems to Me They Fabricated that excuse so they would not have to Work Or Cook Burgers.The cashier Played with People in the car In front of Us it seems they were Family members of one of the Employees on shift. Not to Mention they Got food And I Don't Recall Seeing the Employee obtain Payment for the Vehicle they were Having Fun times With For 7 mins.Orders Were WrongDid not Receive Our Complete order.12/25 5pm

Came through the drive thru. They were prompt to take my order, but once I got to the window, that’s where everything fell flat. I sat at the window for a total of 17 minutes before someone came to the window. I’m a patient person and thought since I waited so long, my food would be fresh. That was absolutely not the case. The patties were burnt to a crisp and were cold. The cheese didn’t even melt that’s how cold they were.
