The girl at the driver thur was very rude. They forgot to add 2 more hash browns in our bag and when my mom asked for the other 2 they put them in another bag and the girl pretty much throw the bag at my mom. Never once did they ask if we needed any condiments for our food.

Ruined my lunch break!! Told her twice no ketchup when I called the manager explained she was training. So then why is she learning with customers and why isn’t someone who is trained standing right next to her so this wouldn’t happen. I get 30 minutes for lunch and went hungry thanks for the 13 dollar medium fry’s and drink.

They can't seem to follow directions no matter what apparently.First time I went, (WHICH WAS LITERALLY YESTERDAY) I ordered two bean and cheese burritos with no rice or salsa and a small fry. Had to pull up to wait for the burritos and the lady had to come out twice because they forgot the small fry (which looked disgusting when I actually got it, so what the hell). Okay, fine, whatever. I'll try again next time.Went out again to Hardee's today and ordered two BEAN AND CHEESE BURRITOS with no rice or salsa, again. They handed me quesadillas so I had to go inside and tell them that I ordered burritos, not quesadillas. Thought all was great. Stood there and watched them make the burritos after I watched the manager tell them bean and cheese burritos with no rice or salsa. I get home, and surely, theres no rice. Except, they added everything under the sun in it instead. How hard is it to follow directions? When I say bean and cheese with no rice or salsa, that's exactly what I mean. Is this a joke? If they can't follow simple directions, then I see no point in coming back here. I literally can't because my order is wrong EVERY TIME even if I go inside and watch them make it.

Whoever the lady with poofy hair and glasses is calling out orders in the mornings needs to calm her little attitude down. She’s speaking gibberish and can’t speak a full sentence, no wonder no one comes up to pick up her orders.

Coincidentally, like another reviewer who didn't get what they ordered, I ordered the super bacon biscuit meal. I said okay to going large, and they charged me $3 more for that (wasn't in the mood to fight it, but noticed later on their board it was an overcharge). So my meal ends up being over $11 because of that overcharge. Then I open the sandwich and it's a double sausage, so I returned it, and they gave me what appeared the regular. I reminded them that it was the double (bacon) and they dismissed me. Much to my surprise almost no bacon (just the regular bacon egg biscuit). So now I'm getting ripped of second time. And then they had precooked like 30+ sandwiches, so the egg on my sandwich had pretty much hardened and was all around nasty.

Great service from the start with drive through cashier Petryce. I asked her if the milkshake machine was working ,her response was a little giggle followed by "ALWAYS"! LOL very sweet and mannerable young lady. My food was fresh and milkshake was satisfying.

They close at 9pm per posted hours but yet they shut down at least 15 minutes prior. When I said hello into the drive through speaker, the male employee responded by holding his arms out with attitude like responding, "What?" Nobody wants to work anymore. If people were lazy before, COVID made it worse. And if you're going to work in CUSTOMER SERVICE, learn some CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. This is a job that you're getting paid for after all, not the streets.You lost me as a client to Chick-fil-A, where they DO know how to treat customers.

I ordered the bacon “double” and it was one piece of bacon in a “z” across the biscuit. This is the second time this has happened. Not only is the service rude, but the food isn’t even prepared right. I won’t ever be going back to this Hardee’s.

Very underwhelmed. I went late nite for some chicken tenders. With the lobby bieng closed, I utilized the drive-thru. I almost feel the greeting from the server was "What do I want?". My order was for a three piece chicken tender (no meal). I am not sure if something happened, but as I pulled around to the service window, I saw the crew going in and out the door of the lobby, seemingly not much of a hurry to get orders out (was like 2 cars ahead of me). When I finally got my order and paid, i again had no "greeting" beyond the server sticking out their hand for payment. While the food wasn't "cold,"it felt like it had been sitting for a while. I rate 2 because my doggo liked the tenders enough...
