I’ve never left a review for Picasso’s and I’m not sure why just not really a review type I guess.. but it has been one of my favorite restaurants since I can remember. I came here Saturday night with my husband and almost 2 year old daughter and I knew it was time. Without a doubt, this is the best kept secret in Jacksonville. Noi was our server, and we wanted for nothing...thank you! Chris did a nice table visit offering the history of his restaurant that only on owner can describe. The food was incredible and reasonable priced.Love this place!Parking: easy
