I honestly HATE picking up Popeyes in the inner city but I can ASSURE you that Nique and her staff are providing top notch quality service. “I cannot rate this store as being neither good nor bad.I've always had good experience when I come here.inside is never crowded the young people that do work the counter could keep it a little bit cleaner behind counter as they work, but otherwise than that they are very respectable to me. I've have never been disrespected, it seems like always the older people, not from this store particularly but from other stores seem like the older people are more rude but the young people are very nice.One thing I do and would like to point out is they need to understand the location that they are at that at a certain time of the night do not cook but so much chicken so they don't overcook and have to throw food away because they're not giving it away so it is just be a waste of chicken to overcook when it's close to closing.In other words if there's not enough breasts don't cook a whole lot of breast and then you getting ready to close just give people another option that everybody can't always get what they want at the end of the night“

“This locations drive-thru has fast service considering the time of day because it was five o'clock. The order was right. I was there 3 minutes tops from the time. I pulled up to the drive thru to I pulled away. I was greeted immediately, too. Now we all know that is almost unheard of, right?“

“I've had some good Popeyes in my days but this is by far the best Popeyes Chicken I have ever had it was fried to perfection it was so pretty golden brown you can actually see the seasoning in it I thought it was spicy but turns out it was just so pretty and then I ate it..... hot out the grease like I like it!!! And whoever was The COOK ....on this day of Wednesday March 27th 2024 around 5:00 p.m. is doing Their Thang and that manager needs to have a cooking class at their location and have the rest of the Popeyes to come there to figure it out because they chicken does not looks or TASTE like the chicken on University boulevard on the southside amen I love food!!!!!! “So I’m giving it a 5 so everyone can see this. I work with DoorDash and seen a roach. Yes a living walking roach. When we told the employee about it she just asked how big it was and killed it. DIDNT EVEN GET RID OF THE BODY. On top of that there is this one specific employee who always yells and has tantrums!!! There was an employee who walked out on the job and they always are rude. I left the door open to get the roach out but got yelled at because “flies will get in” hunny you literally have a bigger problem. A ROACH! “Handicapped access is good and parking meets expectation. The restaurants clean with booths for seating. It's a convenient location at Atlantic Blvd at Arlington Rd. Conversation possible and kid friendly. The chicken , biscuits with red beans and rice is delicious.“

“Food same as always , hot , spick , my favorite, and served right up. Fairly priced and not a bad deal on wings right now. The ghost wings are pretty spicy and I like them that way. The location I use has good drinks , not watered down like some other brands. They stand up to the ice on a hot day. All in all a good experience .Wheelchair accessibility: Not the easiest in the world but it can be done , better if you have help . But people there will help without promoting at all. Just good kind people.“

“Went through the drive-through craving the Shrimp Tackle Box, I had seen on tv. Every thing was delicious, but I specifically asked for extra gravy on my mashed potatoes. I know from past experiences that there may be 2 tablespoons at the most. When she handed my food to me, I asked again, did I get the extra gravy? Yes ma'am, she replied. The man that took my order was very polite and informative as I can be a bit picky. The young Melenated woman who prepared my order was accurate and the food was hot and delicious ? but she was absolutely Beautiful which is why there was so much traffic at this location. “Update: got home was missing part of my order called and the manager is making everything right. Big thanks for the great customer service were. The problem was brought to you, you fixed it. My family and I’ve been sitting here for over an hour waiting on our order that was placed online. When we first got here, we waited through the line let them know our order number. After making it to the window we were told it would be easier if we just came inside. After them looking for the order for several more minutes, the company that they use for their online orders finally sent it through. I completely understand them not getting the order was not on them, however, seeing that we had placed our order over an hour ago online I would think that the manager would attempt to get our food out sooner than treating it like it was just placed. Anyway if you want to eat some time today go somewhere else because this isn’t the place for you. PS the drive-thru girl was nice. Ahhhhhh I just wanted some chicken….“
