Being from the Mississippi I was looking forward to having real southern food while in Jacksonville. Chef Art was amazing and while the food wasn't bad it just wasn't well seasoned to my liking. While other comments mention it being a hole in the wall he makes up for it with his personality and charm. I'll def go back. The blackened shrimp were amazing and I had some of the best fried green tomatoes I ever ate.
Our first time at this resterant , the owner gave us details on his southern cooking … very detailed & the food was really great … service was excellent ! All in all a wonderful experience!
