“I would literally live in this place if I could. I moved from Mandarin to the west side of Jacksonville but continue to exclusively shop at this Target. I happily make the 30+ minute drive across the bridge to do any of my shopping. Any trip to Target wouldn't be complete without stopping by Starbucks. I've seen an incredible turnaround in the best way since Chandler took over as manager. The cafe area is spotless and they've never gotten a drink wrong. All of the employees seem so happy and the service is incredible. I actually go out of my way when I'm in the area to go to that Starbucks instead of the stand alone across the street. T, Dom, Kevin, Chandler, Heather and everyone else are all amazing assets to this store. The excellent leadership really shows what a difference treating your employees with respect does. Myself and my two little girls are on a first name basis with most of the baristas. It's really rare to find people that take the time to get to know their customers. They have gone above and beyond for me more times than I can even count on all of my fingers and toes combined. It's really spectacular to see employees that actually enjoy their job and the people that they work with/for. I pass at least 4 Targets and probably 10 Starbucks stores to get to the Southside location, and it's worth it every time. 10/10, best Starbucks in the history of Starbucks.“
“This has been one of my favorite starbucks over the years, #1 the drive through line is always quick, there's a young gentleman named Cameron usually doing the drive-thru & he is just great & deserves a raise & they always make the drinks perfectly! Only complaint would be they leave a little over an inch of room on my latte many times, but that is all. Sadly I moved so will miss the service here.“

I always order the same drink from every Starbucks, and since it doesn't have ice..most of them will charge me an extra $1.00 for no ice. “This specific Starbucks has my heart, during the seasons they have a board with delicious custom alternatives to the normal lattes and frappes. My favorite so far being the Pumpkin King during Halloween '23 and the Strawberry Crumble I had January '24 for Valentine's day. Me and my mother pick up medication at the target, so we frequently stop here. The staff are always nice and are almost always familiar. If you're ever at this target, stop by and get a frappe and a grilled cheese!“
“If anyone needs to get changed, be sure to give them very specific layman terms instructions on getting change. They had to refund me and towards my card three different times in order to Give me change for a 20. I give them $20 bill. They give me two 10 dollar bills simple. But it actually took them six transactions and three staff members to assist this simplistic task. Order was correct. Cake pops for chocolatey but instructions was a little fuzzy.“

“Cleanest Starbucks I have ever been to. I have lived in most military bases in California but this branch is a top-notch. Staff is always friendly when I come and my orders always go out on time. Although on my first visit, they accidentally gave me the wrong drink on drive-thru but the manager, Nikki, was super nice and professional when I called the store. She immediately made sure that I get the remake of my drink right away. This branch definitely set up the standards for me and this is why I won't be coming to any other Starbucks. I'll give 100 stars if I could!“

“The barista working Valentine’s Day night 2023 at Target Starbucks on Roosevelt was so great. He welcomed us so warmly and made our drinks quickly. The drinks were perfect, very tasty. “Pretty good. Except of course for the very awkward parking and drive thru. And the tipping option sucks. Why can't I tip after I order like I used to? It doesn't make sense to try to make someone tip before they even receive their food. Back in 2016 or so, Starbucks app used to send a message about tipping after I received my food and I would tip accordingly. I wish they'd bring that feature back. It's just really weird for Starbucks to have me tip before I pay and before I get my drink. I feel like I'm rewarding them for taking my orders in the drive thru before I receive my order, and before I know how long of a wait it's going to be. Or if my food is hot and fresh or anything.And anyway, I really don't like to have to do the tip in front of the employee, it makes me feel forced and uncomfortable. And I'm a pretty good tipper. “Stopped in here to get coffee for my wife. There was a line and because it's a hospital location they get a weird rush. The cashier was kind and took my order no without an issue. “Overall, the two Starbucks that I visit do a really good at being friendly, clean and in getting the orders right. The Starbucks on Hodges recently started to not have the stir sticks out available for the customer to grab one. It's the only store that does that. For me, I'm in a hurry to get in and out quickly, yet I have to stand there and wait for one of if the busy employees to be available to get one for me. Weird might I say. Convenience is important to the customer.“

Shipments get missed up, the needed supplies necessary per truck is always a gamble, and maybe more people than usual wanted the drink. “It’s a coffee place at a airport and it’s short staffed so it’s obviously going to take a while to get your order that’s just common sense. Overall my coffee was good and the cashier was super friendly. I give them credit because the line was busy long with Karen’s on level 1000 and rude people that could have just gone somewhere else. Just saying if you had that many complaints holding up a line or have to cuss out the workers making the line longer for everyone else you could easily just not get anything.“
“This Nautica Dr is our go to stop coming and going to Florida. Food, service, and people were always great but last week I left a light sweater and realized it 200 miles up the road.
