Went to grab some food one night around 9pm and most of the things I asked for, they were out of and when I asked for a frosty they said they were out. The employee said they were closing soon (around 9-10pm). So, I called the Commonwealth location where I was just at and a different employee answered the phone. Customer service needs work, they charged for a medium frosty and gave us a small, we asked for the receipt and didn't receive it from the 1st or 2nd window. The 1st window said the 2nd window would give it to us but they said the 1st window should have given it to us.

This Wendy's is a convenience from where I work & I dred going here on my lunch break.
