Wok The Fuzn truly does provide Asian Comfort food. I highly recommend their Pad Thai and The General. The staff was professional and courteous, and ensured we had a nice experience. There's also a large outdoor patio with additional tables.

My Husband and I came in here last night, and i still have the food stuck on my mind. Not only was the presentation of the food impressive, the taste was outstanding! i got the Mongolian with fried rice and he got the Pad Thai, we were both in shock at how flavorful and just how full we were while walking out of this restaurant. The fried rice was cooked extremely well and it was by far the best fried rice i’ve ever had in a meal at any asian restaurant. He said that the rice noodles where very juicy and cooked really well! Besides the food the service was outstanding we actually had a chance to chat with the owner as she was the only person working in the front at the time. She was an incredibly sweet lady who truly wanted us to have the best experience in her restaurant. This morning my husband and I where reading the reviews and we were shocked at how negative most of them where. All this has tough me is don’t let online reviews dictate where you eat make that decision for yourself. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Moved to the area recently was and craving fried rice. Loved my experience there and the food was delicious!! Nathan was great with customer service!! My husband and I will be their newest regulars.

I attempted to try this facility for the very first time and was displeased. I ordered online for curbside. I attempted to call several times, but could not get a hold of anyone in the store. I left a tip solely because I had ordered a curbside order. I requested a refund of my tip due to having to come inside of the store myself to gather my order. The manager on duty Tiffany, stated that she had no idea how to refund me and to call the number on my receipt which was the store's number. I requested for my entire order to be refunded being that they could refund me for the tip that I had left. I asked for a receipt or some type of confirmation for the refund, but the manager stated she could not provide anything and to just take her word. The food was cold anyways and had been sitting in the window. The poor customer service and the employees laying on the tables where customers should be sitting was not very professional either. I will no longer be returning to this establishment.

I haven’t been this disappointed in a restaurant experience in a very long time. It started almost as soon as my wife, kids and I walked in. We arrived about an hour before close and after checking out got a snooty reminder from the hostess that they close by 9. While eating we saw that kids eat free on Tuesday’s. Well it’s a Tuesday so why did I have to pay for my kids? Well the hostess asked us if we wanted drinks with our meal, apparently a requirement for the deal. But my wife and I being frugal parents, decline. The hostess failed to mention this, even though she asked the drink question to see if we were going to get the deal. I know that cause I asked after seeing the add. That’s always fun paying more, makes me thrilled as a parent. Lastly we had a kid accidentally knock a lid for a bowl on the floor. We asked for an extra one so we could take home our leftovers clean. We were told no because the bowls are “too expensive”, but now a customer can’t have their leftovers. The hostess had a very poor attitude and showed it with every request. The food was mediocre at best. We will never be going back.

UPDATE: Manager contacted me to rectify the situation. She was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. Offered to make new one and deliver it to me. She issued refund! Apparently, phone lines were down when I tried to call. First off, I tried several times to get ahold of someone to resolve this issue. No one answered the phone during non busy business hours. With that being said, we ordered to go the other night. I ordered a veggie fried rice to eat later in week. I just discovered it's full of meat, pork and chicken! I ordered veggie, no meat!

Food was flavorless and bland. Chicken looked like it was boiled and rubbery. The quality of the food was just not there and did not have any distinct Asian flavors. After walking the food off I had a terrible case of diarrhea. This was unfortunate and was just hoping for a good meal. They need to get Gordon Ramsey in there, or bring back Mama Fu’s.
I just went there for my first time and it was actually pretty good. I don’t know why some of these reviews are so harsh. This girl Tiffany helped us out and she was so nice. I also really like how you can build your own bowl. If you haven’t tried it yet I definitely would and see how you like it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I used to go here all the time when it was mama fu's and never had a bad experience. My first time back since the change of ownership, however, will definitely be my last. I walked inside to pick up my order and just stood and waited at the register for 5 minutes before I had to go find someone to come help me. There was no one in the restaurant to be found, not even a single customer. The manager finally came to help me and gave me attitude since I was there early to pick up my dinner. She wouldn't give me her name, and immediately attacked me and screamed at me for asking. Thank goodness I'm vaccinated because no one was wearing a mask. Waited another 10 minutes after my pickup time to find that my order hadn't even been started yet (maybe she threw it out). Meanwhile, there were booths with dirty plates and food scraps strewn all over the sticky floor. Needless to say, I got a refund and left immediately. Horrible management, customer service, and cleanliness. Gordon Ramsay needs to kitchen nightmares this place!

We came in for the first time and the entire experience was atrocious. When we walked in none of the staff were wearing masks, including the kitchen staff. The cashier/server was a blond woman who was extremely rude and unhelpful. From the beginning we explained it was our first time and asked about the menu and she gave attitude as though she was annoyed that we didn’t understand the menu. When we got our potsticker appetizer there was weird black stuff all over them and they were already torn up and looked completely unappetizing. Then when we got our bowl it was absolutely drowning in peanuts when we ordered Pad Thai as a “sauce”. The server fought us about whether we knew anything about Pad Thai when we asked if we could get a remake and then lectured us about wasting food rather than attempting to make the situation better. All in all the service was the worst I’ve ever seen for sub par food that you can get for much better quality and prices at Bento. Won’t be back.

This place is a lower quality ripoff of Bento who has terrible service, cleanliness issues, and is completely unaccommodating to customers! The service and kitchen staff don’t wear masks and are too busy on their phones and generally rude to customers. The price point of the food is way too high for food that I’d be scared to even feed to my pets with the clear lack of attention to cleanliness. The blonde woman here also was super rude to me when I had an issue with my food and accused me of wasting food, when I just wanted a remake. I will not be back here. And honestly this place should be inspected by health inspectors.
