In general, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a pretty good place to get fresh and energizing smoothies, although its food is probably as high in calories as other fast food. This location is pretty nice and has a friendly staff.
After a girls day of intense shopping it was time to grab some nourishment. With the goal of trying to stay at the healthier end of the food court choices. We decided to stick with the go to smoothie joint and give their food-food a shot. My friend got the chicken Caesar wrap. She said it was pretty good. I went with the "Jamaican J*** Chicken" wrap.
