The ice cream is great. My complaint is that 4 out of 5 times my order of one mini concrete mixer is made wrong. Sometimes the one ice cream flavor is the wrong flavor. Usually the two toppings are completely wrong. And now they have started charging .35 cents for a small dollop of whipped cream for a pup cup. It used to be a dollop of actual ice cream and it was free. Now it’s whipped cream and they charge. Will not be making family trips with the pups anymore. We’ll go elsewhere.

I tried their vanilla custard ice cream on my last day of vacation here. Now I need to book another trip! Their icecream is amazing. So rich and delicious if I lived near this place, I would get their custard daily.

We went through the drive thru late this week and they accidentally forget something with our order. However, Alisha did such an amazing job at rectifying the situation we weren't even upset at all. Great managerial skills there. Kept us as customers
