Too many good things to say about this place. It's not swanky and could use more updating but it's special. The service is exceptional. I have never been disappointed with the food. My favorites are the Key Largo salad and key lime pie. Can't wait to come back!
The grounds are immaculate and the restaurants top notch. The entire vibe is so relaxing and just beautiful. The room we stayed in was a bit dated and the AC didn't work. They came right out to fix. Customer service exceptional!

I enjoyed the stay except that the rooms should be cleaned better and they should remodel to update the look. Elevator was not working and there was a cockroach in my room. The food was a hit or miss. Service at the different event spaces was really good and the views are beautiful!
