I've really tried to support this place because they don't use high fructose corn syrup and all of their dressings versus Mc D's. But the other day they forgot my french fries and I definitely paid for them. I didn't get any of the sauces that I had asked for. I usually don't even get the cheese that I order on my rodeo cheeseburger. And now I just stopped by there to eat breakfast and the front door is locked (it's 9:30am) but I saw an employee go in. trying to find out what time lunch is spose to be served went at 10:50am today and was told i would have to wait 20 minutes for lunch tried calling to find out who was working drive thru and phone number does not work.

Curbside posted even on windows because dining room is closed,, understandable. However, if this is an advertised service please fulfill my order and do not penalize me just because I am not in a car to come to the drive-thru which is a different service you company provides. I could go on with suggestions but I'll refrain.
