Idk why I was very drawn to this pool bar. Not technically being affiliated with Disney makes the whole experience more tropical/resort-like, with a bigger emphasis on luxury and relaxation than family/fun (which are wonderful tysm Disney ily). The beer and cocktail selection was good, they offered seltzer and cocktail buckets for $50, which on Disney property is quite the deal. This is by far the best food I've had at the Swan/Dolphin resort, as many other places have been a disappointment with quality, flavor and service. The flavor and quality of food was great, the service by Mary was outstanding and the ambiance at night was delightful.
