Employees seemed to get flustered easily. Made an online order came in an waited, a line formed after I came in and so they told me I’d have to wait, so I said “so what’s the point of having online order if I have to wait in line when I get here and the people who are in line now came in after me” after I spoke up they seemed to jump to getting my order but seemed super rude. Well I came from another city and I know probably every day is not the same, but this is my experience for the first time we are here. I went there and there was a wait line wish is fine cause they have the best donuts, but our donuts wasn't fresh, the customer service was ok but it could be better, the floor was very sticky, and the kitchen floor was dirty and full of water.Is krisy kreme y'all can do better. ?

My family stopped in and we're lucky to catch the Hot n Ready sign on. Service was fine. Not out of this world friendly- a little dry- but fine enough. I am not sure why all the confusion and complaints from folks about the Hot n Ready. If the sign is on, it's available. If it's not they are donuts that have prob been made a few hours before.
