The best lechonera around. I don't care what anyone says they have the best flavor. I don't care if it's a hold in the wall it has character and great food. The pastels are great the lechon is actually lechon not pernil like some of these other places cough cough.. they cut it right there by the pound. The arroz con guandules are good. They also make great cujaito, and tostones de Pana (they don't always have them but when they do)I've been going for years and I'm now writing...read full review

We come here at least one's a month from,Lakeland. My favorite food to eat there es,Mocilla. Blood sausage in ,English " along with cuajito thee Best I've had since I left Ct. My two favorite to eat there. Actually is all I eat when we go:-)Kid-friendliness: Sometimes some ladies are friendly" some are Not! There is an older man there who usually serves me. His very friendly! I don't know! Why they removed the tables on front" but they're Totally Needed!

Been wanting to eat Lechon asao for the longest time and all I can say is good things come to those who wait. The flavor, the texture and the crispyness of the cuero...WOW. The rice and all the sides (my family got all different ones so we can share) have that true authentic boricua taste. The atmosphere was like icing on the cake. I'm from Tampa and on Sunday's after church, this will be my drive to at least once a month. Lechonera El Jibarito, you did not disappoint ....read full review
