We visited this Longhorn on a Thursday evening for dinner. The food was good, and our server Lunell or Lanell did a great job. A few things to keep in mind are that this area is close to Disney World and that the traffic can be busy along with the wait time to be seated. The manager did a great job of assuring us that they would get us seated in a timely fashion. I ordered the chop steak with smothered mishrooms, onions, and gravy. The way the chef put this together really complimented the flavors of the entree. I recommend this place for a family that does not have starving family members and is looking for a good way to connect and take the time to enjoy each other. This restaurant is definitely for family, and the managers will be sure that your group has good service. When we go back, I will definitely visit again. This 6 plan to order the 7 top sirloin salad.

Lovely meal everybody was pleased with their food , my ribs were a bit fatty but everything else was good. We did have to wait for a table but this was just because the restaurant was popular so a good sign really.

We got there at opening, so not busy at all. The waiter was right on top of everything! The food, not so much. You could tell that it wasn't being attended to. Both the steak & the chicken were overcooked. A bit charred for Parmesan crusted chicken and medium rare steak was mostly medium. We didn't complain as we waited a good while for them to come out as it was. Worth trying them again though; because of the service.

So…we got there at 4:47 pm. We got seated almost immediately but never got greeted by the server. After 10 min I go to the host stand and I told the host about the long time waiting, he went to the back where a couple of workers where having a nice conversation (I hope) and came back to our table to say that our server was coming . At 5:01 our server show up, introducing himself and asking for the drink order. I might be wrong, but seems that the server was waiting to be on the clock to do his job. I am not saying this because I am mad about the service I never got. I am saying this, because I saw that server talking while I was waiting. When I realized was the same person, we decided to leave. I open my business 3 years ago with the money I made as a busser, runner, server and manager. This industry can’t afford this type of things. We ended going to Pizza UNO, so much better and cheaper ?
