Drive thru even with app order for drive thru pick up was horrible burger over cooked and waited after waiting in drive thru another 15 mins in a parking space even though I placed the order in app 15 mins prior to getting to store. Time to put priority to service and customer experience
Why have app ordering with curbside pickup spots if you don't use them ? You force people post order to have to leave their cars to go in . Be upfront! And if not using curbside spots take down the signs and let your customers who are eating there to park there. Have you really stopped thinking of your clientele so much that you don't care they have to walk in when they don't want they could've just did a drive thru order . The food was fine, no problem about that. We went through the drive thru, and the worker couldn't understand us, so we had to say our order 3 times. Then, we get up to the window and the next worker is confused because their system is down. No check, confused workers, not good communication, etc.
