First time back in 6 years tonight - and we loved every moment! Our server, Matthew, went above and beyond to make sure my mother was comfortable and that her wheelchair was taken care of. He had the utmost respect and professionalism and we couldn't thank him enough. The food and drinks were delicious! Food was hot and the drinks - both soft drinks and alcoholic - were all fantastic. I'm sad the Medieval village is no longer open, but the rest of the show, atmosphere, animals, and food made the perfect start to our trip. We will be back.

Overall, the experience was really good, except for the service. The food was fine and warm, but towards the end of our meal, our server approached us with a tray expecting a tip saying ‘10%tip is expected . After a couple of minutes, he returned, noticing we hadn’t left a tip because we didn’t have cash or card on us, having purchased tickets online. He then brought a card reader, insisting on a tip while displaying a nasty attitude. I said no tip he said I served you and then he walked away. He came back to clear the table, he questioned our nationality saying ‘ where are you guys from I replied we are from the UK , Then he said ‘in the US, you leave tips for service leaving us surprised as we typically tip at least 20% when vacationing here. Unfortunately, encountering such rudeness was unexpected, especially during a vacation. On our way out, he confronted us again, speaking to my grandmother who doesn’t understand English. This experience stands out, as we’ve never encountered such behaviour, even in other countries, and it highlights the sometimes tipping culture in the US is out of order.

The show is awesome, really fun to come with kids. The service was good and fast, but don't expect a good food. You pay for the show, food is secondary here.

Would not recommend, the food was awful and everybody in our party had an upset stomach after, it's a nice idea to have the horses as the show but you have to sit and eat your meal amongst the smell of horse urine and poo. You don't get given any cutlery at all as you eat It 'medieval style'. I felt like your constantly being asked to spend more money extras like souvenirs and extra drinks.I would probably not be so upset if we didn't pay so much for the experience but the price is really high per person then you have to pay a booking charge + tax + a tip so adds up to an awful lot.

My marching band from Missouri loved it! This was the last experience for them after 4 days in Orlando. And it was a great experience for everyone. After dinner they were fat n happy and ready for a long bus ride home through the night.

The meal is quite large and tasted good. You don't need to buy the souvenir cup when ordering a drink, which isn't really mentioned.

We went back after 18 years. We definitely noticed some difference. The presentation was good. The food that was served to us was cold. Chicken was barely warm. We got Serv soda, which is flat. We didn’t end up drinking any of her drinks. We ended up paying the VIP passes that causes quite more total ended up paying with a birthday package around 500 something for five of us. There is a manager, Jay. I think he may be the owner was not about service but all about money. My son was caring around a light up double sided ax he wanted me to give him that right away in order to trade up my crown. I told him I would end up paying for it because I do not wanna take away from my little son which they had given to him while we were eating. We spend a lot of money but again the service is definitely not there engaged. The food again I would give it to one star. We didn’t even finish it. The dessert taste of frozen. Definitely has gone downhill.Vegetarian options: I spoke with somebody that works at vegetarian options are not good. Might as well do the meat.Kid-friendliness: The actors were sweet again the manager was all about business and you could see it. He did not say hello or even smile at the kids.

Always wanted to visit since I saw cable guy as a child. Finally made my way here with my kids and it was a blast. Dinner and a show! It's really an event as even serving the food is amazing. Loved the no silverware as it added to the experience! Food was great, seasoned well. Did not smell like a barn and yes it was packed but did not feel packed if that makes sense, we all had our space and it was a great time!
