I have been to Melao Bakery about 5 times in last year, they never have what I like! Lines are long and staff can be rude! Really disappointed with them. Need to have hame and cheese empanadas, they never have them any more. Every thing in their buffer has onions, I am allergic!!Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to onions and everything in the buffet is garnished or decorated with onions.

This is my go-to place. Whenever I get visitors from out of town I take them there. The food is very good, deserts too and the price is the best. You get a lot for your money. Everyone is nice and friendly, and it's a Christain owed. I love the sayings on the wall and the tee shirts that the staff wear.
I have visited Melao almost every day for two years. This year they made upgrades and have new staff. Since they have upgraded the service has been horrible. The new staff is rude, and they don't listen when you order. So for the past two days we went to Melao yesterday we waited 20 minutes for one sandwich. We though ok they are just busy. Today we got there at 7:18 by 7:35 we asked about our food. Turns out they forget to put it in the system. We asked for 3 farina, and bacon egg and cheese sandwich and they gave me something else. When we asked about our order no one knew what to do. A woman ordered after us, and they gave her the same sandwich when my husband asked they said oh we will just make yours now. We did not get our food until 7:45am. After getting to work late and we opened the bag we realized they gave us maisena instead of farina. When I called they were not remorseful. Instead they stated bring back the food and they will give us credit. When my husband went back they argued with him that was what he ordered. He should them the text message that clearly stated Farina. They never apologized for the inconvenience. Instead they went on the defensive. Clearly the food is good but the new staff is uncaring and disrespectful. I will be done with Melao which sucks because this was my breakfast spot for years.

They dont serve lunch. In the morning for those who need to buy lunch for work.the servents dont explain much. Just some box that lights up when your food is ready. Thdy you have to walk to the other side to pick up your order.
