I had ordered a ham and cheese Mallorca with melted cheese. They gave it to me with the cold cheese, I requested that they prepare another one for me and the employees gave me the same Mallorca, letting me know that the ham was hot and the cheese was already melting. They touched my Mallorca to verify if what it said was true and they gave me back the same Mallorca that the employees touched. In the end I didn't eat the Mallorca. Terrible service. One of the worst experiences at this inn.

Of all the places we go to when visiting Orlando, El Mesón has the best customer service. This time Maria was very helpful answering questions, but everyone there was really nice with a good disposition. Oh and the sandwiches are on point! They feed my stomach as well as my soul.
