Best Italian restaurant in the Kissimmee area. Do not let the location fool you! Only downfall is sometimes I wish they were open for lunch, they do not open until 4 PM. Get their chicken parm, you won't regret!

The food was delicious, especially the stuffed mushrooms! The waitress was very friendly and customer service really goes along way in a great experience. This place was Tucktaway off of the beaten path, however the food was definitely worth it.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called over an hour before our arrival to check the current wait time. When I was about 20 minutes away I called again to check again before we stopped. (We we're driving through town.) Upon our arrival there were 3 open table all close together. The waitress started to move the tables together and because most of our party was children we could fit onto 2 tables with a high chair on the end, no problem. We didn't mind. I needed to go change the baby's diaper really quick so I told her I would be right back while she finishes prepping our table. My husband and his brother stayed at the hostess stand to wait. When I returned they were still standing. I asked what the problem was and they said the waitress was shaking her head from across the restaurant. I asked her if there was an issue and she said yes my manager said I couldn't sit you here. So we asked to speak to the manager while another waitress Mia came over and very rudely with an attitude said we couldn't stand at the hostess stand because we were blocking the door and it was a fire hazard. Maybe if you would make up your mind where you would like us to sit down we wouldn't still be standing in front of your door. The customer service at this facility was disgusting and I can't believe these people have a single good review. Thanks, but no thanks.

Not tonight! The food has been good in the past but the hostess service is very lacking! We got here before numerous parties yet the other parties were seated before us! They made us wait 30 -40 minutes. When we walked in before these other parties there were 4 tables available (plus the one for a large party). They seated all the tables with people who came in after us then came and told us we have to 20 more minutes!!! Not happy at all! After I wrote this another party was seated after waiting 5 minutes….as we continue wait 45 min to an hour!!!!

I would give this restaurant 5 stars all around, except the location is a little sketchy and the building its located in is very dirty. HOWEVER, THE FOOD IS VERY GOOD!! This is a hidden gem. The service is always good as we have been there a few times now. The menu is very diverse and everything we have tried has been terrific. The calamari is great as are the stuffed mushrooms. LOVE the house salad dressing. Most authentic Italian we have found since moving to Florida from CT. The sauce is delicious and not acidic at all with just the right amount of spices. Recommend the veal dishes! So good. The bread is not great, but thats ok the food makes up for it. Great wine list and the prices on both food and wine are very appropriate. Give tehm a try!

The chicken Parmesan is one of the best I’ve had. I judge any Italian restaurant on their chicken parm. They are located in a side room of a boutique hotel/motel. Very inconspicuous. Prices are extremely reasonable and the portion was a very good size. You’ll be hard pressed to find this high quality food at a better price anywhere. Definitely worth going abs enjoying a great Italian meal.

Great experience! Our server, Mia, was very attentive and took great care of us. The atmosphere was cozy and they had Italian music playing. The food was delicious! We sat in the middle of the restaurant and every so often would get a wiff of garlic being sautéed which was wonderful. I had the seafood fra Diablo. I was concerned it would be too spicy so Mia recommended that the chef give me the marinara sauce and she would bring out red pepper if I needed to kick up the spice. It was perfect. Don’t let the outside deter you from trying this place. It is worth it! Will definitely be back next time we visit Kissemmee.

The food here never disappoints. My go-to is always the chicken marsala! It's sooooo good. The mozzarella triangles tasted super fresh and were a great appetizer shopping with the Ceasar salad.

We are traveling on vacation from Texas. We looked at the reviews for this restaurant and y'all were right.This restaurant was amazing! The location was questionable but the food was top notch as well as the rose mascato sangria! Highly recommend!
