Typical experience through a drive thru. Angry lil kid with a serious face and no respect. Didn’t even put napkins in the bag. Get paid minimum wage and can’t even do minimum work, learn respect and say thank you have a good day after an interaction. Maybe then you would take a step forward with your life. I am visiting from out of town and wanted to make use of a Wendy’s offer in my app. I’m a big Wendy’s fan! I walked to Wendy’s from my Airbnb for my dine in mobile order. To my surprise, all the doors were locked!! The sign on the main door stated inside was open until 10PM and you only have 30-minutes to sit inside. I know the employees could see us looking in and trying to open the door. A worker was even seated down inside at a table!! I was beyond frustrated. We tried to call the store and no one answered. We ended up having to walk through the drive thru lane and ask for our mobile orders. Because we walked 20 minutes, I sat outside and ate my food. By the way, there were no napkins inside my to go order either. A couple of solutions for your location, call your customer to say there’s no dine in option when you receive a mobile order or put a sign on your door that there’s no indoor seating???

I only leave reviews if the experience was very good, or very poor. Unfortunately, this is a poor experience review. My partner picked up Wendy’s on the way home from a long day, for a quick dinner before another long day tomorrow. He was instructed to pull forward to a waiting area for his food, which isn’t the issue here. While waiting for the food, he noticed a few employees heading out which I imagine is why this error occurred. I will provide pictures, but he ordered two chicken sandwiches. One came out perfectly, while the other was barely done. Having worked in fast food I know these fried items are generally placed on a timer, which is why I can only imagine the worker was cutting corners to leave on time. If we didn’t have an early/long day tomorrow, we would have driven the food back to be rectified/refunded. Fortunately, we are from out of town and will likely never have to frequent this Wendy’s in particular again! After this google review, the health department will also be contacted.

4755 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL 34746 1/12/241008p Slow drive thru four cars all holding for orders.I ordered simple items and missing one as guy drop it off and then walked away.I could not even check one things before he walked away.I had to leave to get to work before I could go back in line to wait more as they had another back up behind me in drive thru lane.I will be back tomorrow morning to correct the issue.Not happy with the service.

This place was absolutely pitiful the way they treat people here.... I was here a grand total of less than 10 seconds that's how long it took them to lose me forever as a customer with no return ever.... I believe in very good customer service in these types of businesses and this one don't even recognize people as customer I came into the store I tried to go to the bathroom so I could use the toilet and wash up first....and I was told that bathroom is for customer only?.....the management and the entire team stopped everything they was doing to make every body aware.... So seeing how I'm a customer.... But was excluded from that category by the store manager within 2 seconds of arriving and highly discriminated against what I should do is sue but I'm not that petty I'll just never be back ever!!!! And I hope they lose more business as well because people like this don't deserve a business a job or nothing....but u reep what u sew so....one of these days that manager will be put in a bad situation....
