We placed a mobile order tonight at the Wendy’s at 4755 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy, Kissimmee, FL well before the close time of 2am. When we arrived no one was answering at the drive thru. I drove up to the window to see the two people working inside. They refused to open the window and just yelled at us that they were closed (even though the sign on window said they should be open for another 30 min and the mobile app had said our order was received and ready). I asked how we are supposed to get our money back that we already paid. They just yelled through the window that it's not their problem they are closed and to leave.This whole interaction was extremely unprofessional and rude. I do not have any desire to try that again and who knows if I will be getting a full refund of the $42.07 that we were charged for food we never got.

I ordered a big bacon cheese burger with a water cup and was given a big bacon cheese burger with a very small cup of water thats smaller then the palm of my hand when i stated i wanted the drink and the meal but not a comboNot only that but the person serving it was giving attitude like they didnt want to serve me for choosing the cost effective way of ordering a mealI found it disrespectful ontop of all that to fill that small cup with ice wich made it barley even have any liquid


I'm only giving 3 because they were out of a lot of things, wait was long because they were short staff as many other places! The floors were super sticky probably because of the same issue but the manager was nice and rewarded us for our wait. Very long staff and management. They did great with the little resources they had.

I don't understand how the business hours says that it's supposed to be open till 2 a.m in the morning.We came here at 1:10 a.m waited 2-3 mns. When we got to the window because they weren't answering the machine they guy at the location said it was closed at 1:15 a.m so... 45mns earlier! Because according to him the time zone changed. Today at September 25th, really? I thought that the time zone was supposed to change on October ??‍♀️Lame... but definitely poor customer service (besides of being rude because we were asking the right questions).

At night they messing up your order, becareful then they can fiexd because they are busy really. They don’t know how to deal when they are busy omg what up with this workers it act like they are rookies. No no nooooo unaceptable


I buy chicken nuggets and they looks so bad like old I don’t know what happen they never looks like that and taste so greasy

I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no response. I decided to go inside instead, and did not get helped for another 10 minutes. Plenty of staff just standing around. The manager was not helpful whatsoever either, he kept walking away from me during my transaction and did not help another woman who has having issue with an order. He was clueless about the Wendy's app and it's processes and it seems as though he's clueless about the restaurant he manages. DO NOT go to this location.

Horrible service totally uneducated. I understand is a low income job but you still have to provide a disent job. It isn't a rocket science taking an order. 2 times screw my order

We waited in a slow line for 45 minutes at 4755 W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. It was 11:58 when we finally pulled up to the drive through window & the lady told us that they are closed. I am in shock ?. There is a whole line of cars behind us that have also been patiently waiting for a long time. Literally my Hubby was falling asleep at the wheel waiting & I had to tell him when to move forward. Worst customer service ever....

Make a DoorDash order an hr before they close and 15 before they close when it says my dasher was in his way to pick up my good they cancel my order I’m a disabled person and now I have to figure out what to do to be able to eat I call and call and no one answer worst service ever and I need to talk to someone in that store cause a refund was issue but won’t be able to use it for a couple of days so I need my good to be Vicent to me for the inconvenience

Manager Hispanic with glasses is very rude!did not want to issue me a refund per her mistakewas purposely making me wait at the windowignoring me at the window and laughing with other employeesvery disrespectful and had a nasty attitude!!and when I asked her for her name she refused to give it to meshe should definitely not be a manager due to her lack of consideration of guests time and horrible communication skills/ customer careI will 100% not be returning

This used to be my go to fast food location but it’s gone downhill so much it’s a waste time of time. 20+ minutes in line to order for the drive thru is minimum, plus 10 or so to get food. Even mobile orders are a massive problem and rarely correct.
