It was my first visit here after hearing/reading rave reviews. I called ahead and explained I was a new customer with questions and the employee seemed annoyed. When I arrived, there were zero customers and this employee was no friendlier in person. I asked which of the fruit pies were in season to which she responded "I don't know, we use all frozen fruit anyway." Ordered two pies for Thanksgiving. Pick-up was very organized and smooth and most importantly the pies were fresh and delicious. Pecan and chocolate crème. The pecan was still warm.

My first time going to Upper Crust and my initial impression was a scowling lady (owner, manager?) who while not mean was not welcoming either, however when we left she was nearing pleasant and that can be because we purchased several pies. The shop could use a sprucing up and like the woman's attitude would benefit from some improvements. The pies ranged from okay to good.
