I’ve been with this location for years and customer service and quality has been going down significantly. I’ve had multiple instances where my online food orders are not done properly (I don’t even ask for modifications). Some staff members just don’t care about prepping the food by following basic instructions. And no, I can’t ask for them to fix it because it’s a DoorDash/Uber eats order so there goes that. I just ordered Uber Eats from the Wendy's location. Next to the WA' watch Here in Lake. Worth/Green Acres. The entire order was almost missing. And what they did send me was already cold.The lovely girl who was picking up my food. I spoke to an I asked her to tell them to. Please make sure that my food is not cold. And the girl gave her an attitude at the window. Today is September 16th 2023.
