The food was ok not very fresh, the staff was rude, obnoxious and I don't like to say this but everyone that was working was black and the majority of the customers were as well . I got ignored and made to wait longer than other customers that came in after myself I felt like it was because I'm WHITE that I received poor service and made to wait. I will not be dining there ever
location is awful and the workers are so unpleasant seems they hate being there and what happened to the wings??? LAKELAND NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU GET ME LIKE THIS!! WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE

I ordered a family meal here and wasn't too impressed. I don't know if the seasonings change in different locations, but this location had their chicken bland tasting. The only thing that gave it flavor was the dipping sauce. The fries were soggy also, mind you, I had to wait like 30 minutes for the order .
