“Amazing food and amazing service! Lots of options for everyone to choose from. They have delicious pho and bahn mi, empanadas, burgers, fruit bowls, smoothies.. the perfect place to get a small bite or a full meal. The family that owns it is extremely welcoming and kind and you can tell they appreciate everyone who gives them business:) I came in for some pho because I’m pretty sick and she cut up a fresh orange for me and delivered it to my table! It’s not often that people show random acts of kindness like that and I just felt extremely cared for. The people here work very hard not only to serve amazing food but also to make sure everyone is satisfied! 10/10“
“If Colton is working there when you arrive, ask him for suggestions. He definitely won't steer you wrong. I ate the chicken salad croissant, served with a bed a spring greens with blood orange vinagrette. OMG That dressing is flavorful and tasy. I dipped my croissant in it! WOW Taste bud explosion!! This is a no frills kind of place: no soda, tea, or anything like that. Just healthy and tasty food and smoothies. I will be back with friends.“
“We just got back from this fine establishment. Whenever we need a pick me up this is our spot. This specialty tea shop offers sweet, non sweet teas in a large variety of flavors. Teas ranging from peach to blueberry and raspberry are offered. The water and ice cubes are subject to reverse osmosis and are absolutely pure. Cups are provided for taste testing so the right individual tea can be found for each patron. In the afternoon from 2-4 o’clock is happy hour with very substantial savings on purchases. All service representatives are extremely polite and courteous. The bathrooms if needed are spotless. Large quantities of filtered water are available for purchase. The company originated in Texas and we are lucky in the greater Lakeland Florida area to have it here. I will be sitting here for awhile enjoying my large wonderfully natural flavored tea! Wonderful specialty tea store and I couldn’t recommend it more!!“

Anyways shorter review today, the spring menu was wonderfulAnd I ordered the pistachio latte and the pick 2 from the menu ( breakfast was over ) I got the bocatillo sandwich, and Cobb salad. Both were really really good. Very flavorful and unique making the perfect flavor match. Coffee was also really really good , I’ve never had a pistachio latte and they nailed it. Would love to come here once a week and could see it being a great place to study or something, 10/10“
“Loved the vibes here!!! They have cozy and eclectic decor inside and seating outside. The staff was SUPER nice and were welcoming. We were a group of 6 and everyone enjoyed their coffee! We had one person score their coffee a 7/10 and that's along because they wished they would've gotten more sweetener. They have A LOT of flavor options for your coffee. I will say, I'm personally not a fan of buddy brew coffee and that is what they serve here. However, I very much enjoyed my drink. Maybe hill crest does something different with the coffee! I will be back!“

“Strong recommendation for Concord Coffee. They have seasonal selections and a simple menu. Laid back atmosphere. I will be back when in town. I Would visit this place over Starbucks anyday. I had the PB&J overnight oats. It was simple tasty and just right. My coffee was the Pistachio Rose Latte and it was very good. We came on a peaceful Sunday morning. If you haven't been here yet, you should give it a try.“
“So I stumbled across this little bookstore and it was such an absolutely amazing experience!! From the very beginning their customer service was top notch! “My go to coffee shop in Lakeland, I almost always get their lavender honey iced latte but their tea options are also fantastic. Can't go wrong with their food too, I love their flat breads and they have a caprese sandwich that is delicious as well. Highly recommend! Even have a drive through pick up at the Southside location for those that don't like to stop.“

I've been a few times in the morning (around 8am) & ended up having to leave bc I waited at the counter so long without anyone appearing. Acai bowls are good, but service is blah. “I went here today and found it was a very nice place with great people (Adrian and Elizabeth I think) and drinks.I didn’t know what to order and they were so nice and patient and helped me get something that I really enjoyed.Next time I’ll get one of their meal replacement shakes but today I had just eaten and I really enjoyed the fruity flavored tea drink they made for me.Two thumbs up!!“

We swooned over the Datil Dark Chocolate (crunchy nibs and a datil pepper burn a few seconds in); the Dirty Chai (first the gingerbread flavor then the coffee…moan of pleasure); and pure delight over the Blueberry Toast Crunch; Raspberry Sorbet; Straight Up Strawberry and Parent Trap.Space does not allow describing what made each flavor different from any other ice cream you’ve ever tasted. “This place is so good! I had the plain, chocolate frosting, strawberry frosting, vanilla frosting, s’mores, and sprinkles donuts. WORTH IT! I ordered through DoorDash, and literally came across this place as I was on the app. The donuts are delicious and fluffy, and the 6-pack is just enough to fill me up for breakfast with a side of caramel iced coffee.“

I was never really a coffee drinker (and still do decaf) but their lattes are delicious. I tend to eat here 2-3 times a month and the customer service is fantastic and I've never had a bad experience here. I live in Bartow and would eat here all the time if it was closer --which is probably good for my wallet as they're not the cheapest. “Though Roundhouse Coffee in the Welcome Center has been open over a year as one of 3 eating spots inside Bonnet Springs (environmental) Park, it has an identity crisis. It "proudly serves" Starbucks coffee, so many think it is a Starbucks (nope) or just called the "Welcome Center" (nope). There is little advertising this little gem with grand inside seating and lovely outside seating with a great view of the park, near the entrance parking lot. It does provide Starbucks beverages plus baked goods from other vendors, both sweet & savory. There is ample help. The day I went people seemed confused and aloof. Nonetheless, I had a great latte and pumpkin roll pastry. I will return. It's a great start to your day or pre-walk through the park. Someone is missing the ball not to take the lead and feature this coffee shop as a destination.“

“Piddling around downtown Lakeland with my husband today, celebrating our anniversary out and about, when we stumbled across this beautiful place! The owner, Debbie, warmly greeted us with fresh samples of her tea of the day, (which was absolutely scrumptious!) and helped us pick out the perfect loose tea. She was very knowledgeable and exercised excellent customer service. Walking up to her tea shop was like taking a step into a British country side cottage. I will be returning and I highly recommend!❤“
“The food always meets corporate standards. I'm addicted to skinny iced lattes. Many of the local roasteries don't carry skim milk so I may be a forever fan, despite their higher price. I enjoy the spinach breakfast wrap but many Starbucks are out of it regularly. Just tried the egg bites--which were tasty but not worth $5 (for 2). This parking lot is a bit difficult to get in the drive-thru queue, requiring twice around the building and departing into a busy traffic light back up. But when you're hooked, you're hooked!“
