I stop by 3-10-24 at 6.30 for two sandwiches something very simple but unfortunately the service was horrible I waited 45 minutes for two sandwiches the service and management sure really play better extending to their job and quit playing and joking around like spoiled kids I truly recommend that they sure be more like responsible people instead of a bunch of idiots

Went there 2 nights ago and ordered two Large sandwiches. Unfortunately when my food was done & We sat at our table I noticed 2 mold spots on the top piece of bread ... I asked my partner to check out the bread to make sure I was not tripping ... She also confirmed it was indeed Mold .... So we took the food back up to the counter to show the employee...... The same employee who prepared the meals...My thing is how are you making a sandwich && NOT SEE two very distinct blueish green mold parts on the food you are preparing... Im very disappointed ...

I observed the most disgusting thing ever at this restaurant and will not be back. As the guy was making sandwiches, I observed him actively picking his nose and continue to making the sandwich. I really thought that I was seeking things. So I started to pay closer attention. I observed him continue to touch his face, wipe his nose and continue to make sandwiches. I was in utter disgust. The manager was standing there and I told her to make him stop touching his face while he is making the sandwiches and please change his gloves. The manager did comply and make him go wash his hands and change his gloves; explaining that he was new. This really is not an excuse for the employees behavior. I would think that being fresh out of training he would have been very careful with sanitation. It was a mess to watch and I really feel that he was doing it on purpose because as he continued the actions, he kept glancing at me seeing that I was seeing him and what he was doing. Witnessing this today made me sick to my stomach and I will not be back. This will serve as encouragement for me to bring my own lunch to work.
Great visit here! From the moment we walked in we were welcomed. Jeanne at the register was so very patient, kind and such a pleasure! Our food came out right away perfect and overall was an EXCELLENT experience! Way to go!
