Location on Walt Williams mess orders up no matter time of day. Mobile order took over 45 minutes. Manger said she packed the bag. Nothing in the bag was our order this morning. Called yesterday about a order mix up with our breakfast as well and manager was snappy and rude. The ice cream machine is always down at this location.

I made the mistake of going late at night but I stopped here while on a long trip around midnight on a Friday night. There was maybe 7 cars ahead of me and it took dang near 40 minutes to get my food. I also made the unfortunate decision to look inside the widow while I waited for my food and it didn't look the cleanest so silver lining I didn't die from food poisoning. I can only assume the place was severely understaffed or maybe this was an off night. I get that staffing issues are everywhere or it's just your corporate trying to save money but this was ridiculous. Anyway after it was all said and done and I finally got my food which I only ordered a few cheeseburgers they were coooold and the cheese was never melted. But anyway I didn't die so I guess it's fine. Chicfila closes a day a week to give their employees a day off maybe you might want to look into that or risk closing several locations from severe neglect.

Worst McDonald's everWent drive through and took 20 minutes just to get a meal and a few drinks. Once we got to window they didn't know what our order was and waited another 15 in the pull off space just to go back inside and for them to say they forgot about us. This isn't the first time, happens every time and just decided to finally say something.

Conveniently fast, we didn't have to wait long for our order. The waitress was very friendly.

Manager was rude to multiple customers, refused to get a customer a receipt when asked for one because the order was wrong. Location offers table aide service, manager refused another customer that service and states they don't offer it, even though the table tops were out.

if i could give no stars i would bad everything ordered spicy chicken sandwich; i got no sauce no pickles dry bread and burnt chicken. thats what i get for cheating on Chick-fil-A. :)

I don't even know how it's possible for a McDonald's to be THIS bad. Happy meals always missing either the apple slices or the toy itself, espresso machine hasn't worked in God knows how long, and never ever order from them through doordash because they will either not make half your order or not have half the things they have listed online. Spending the extra gas to go to the 98 location is much more worth it.

Went through the drive through around 8:30 pm, only to be told "we're only serving drinks tonight". What?! I was already having a rough day, so I didn't bother to ask why. Just said "alright" and left. But really? Ive never experienced that at any restaurant EVER. Were the employees too lazy to make anything? Or were they having such major malfunctions that it prevented them from making any food? Either way, sounds like they need to get it together.

The lobby’s posted hours are never the actual hours of the lobby according to the people who work there. Just made a mobile order to pick up in the lobby and when I walked in to pick it up they refused to give me my order and told me I had to go through the drive thru to get my order even though I could see the bag on the counter with my order number on it. If the lobby is closed why am I allowed to order for pick up in the lobby and why is the door unlocked? Make it make sense. Now I’m going to wait in a packed drive thru for my already made order. It’s going to get cold, they aren’t going to remake it because it’s a sealed order. Simply insane, not sure why I couldnt have just taken my order and left and then they lock the door behind me. I literally have written this entire review in the drive thru waiting to move and it hasn’t budged.

Good service, freshly fried food but no napkins, eating with your hands in your vehicle, NAPKINS ARE A REQUIREMENT. Other than that, this was a great McDonalds.

The WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!! MANAGER TIFFANY WAS RUDE. SHE GAVE ME A REFUND RATHER THAN GIVE ME THE MCRIB I ORDERED BECAUSE I WOULDN'T PULL FORWARD BECAUSE THEY MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER . I would rather drive to 98 North McDonald's then go to the socrum loop McDonald's again

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too. It’s 1:50am and as I pull up to the drive thru the first words out of this lady’s mouth is it’s gonna be a long wait, please hold…. I’m life it’s 1:50am and there is no one in line! HTF is there a long wait? This place needs new management! I will not be back here!
