Stopped by this week for lunch. Teriyaki Rice bowl was delicious. Added banana peppers for a tiny "kick". Always a friendly staff , strive to customize the order the way you want.
As a former employee and customer I can tell you that this establishment in particular is not worth it. Michelle (owner) serves old avocados and lettuce for starters, the sauce bottles don't get emptied and cleaned out, she just has us refill them everyday. I was there a little over a month and the bottles never got cleaned. nobody there is trained properly in food handling or sanitary ways to clean or the proper way to use gloves. this place is so underrated! the food was great you can get signature pitas or build your own. if you aren’t feeling a pita you can get a rice bowl or a salad, instead. definitely recommend going here for lunch if you are in the downtown area!Vegetarian options: you can get either falafel, black bean, veggie, or hummus pita
