So I should have took a picture but I didn’t I got a chef salad and I noticed it had a lot of lettuce and barely and toppings it also did not have any cheese! So I called store because I have not been in a few months so I asked do they not put cheese in the salad anymore and Carolyn stated they do I told her mine did not have any she did offer 10% off my next visit and extra cheese because I could not go back since I was at work just seems to me like the salads are different than before

Their Cuban was more like a traditional sub with cold cuts, etc. It was good but not an authentic Cuban and definitely not the best in Lakeland. The place needs some repairs and isn't the nicest. The shakes looked awesome.

The place could use a good cleaning, everything was sticky. The food was good and well priced for the portions, but the organization was a hot mess. People are unsure of where to wait in line to order, no designated area for Togo pickup either. The staff seemed to be getting frustrated with the customers for not knowing the process, and the line just backed up to the door. I've been to the Plant City location and definitely prefer it, even though it's got very limited seating.

Move to Lakeland and I had no idea about the Cuban sandwiches here so word of mouth is always good. I think they have the best Cuban sandwiches in town and also I love the Spanish bean

I’m so glad they put one in Lakeland! Plant city was a heck of a drive from Auburndale ! Cubans are perfect!

Way too Deep
Food is good but the people who work here are absolutely nasty attitude people not sure if it’s management or what but the workers attitudes are nasty can’t even sit down and enjoy your food because of over hearing there conversations not sure I’ll come back or recommend this place atmosphere from the workers are unpleasant….even heard one of the workers talking down to an older worker
