I used to really like this location. The last few times I've been here, the staff is getting younger and more careless."New guy" didnt know to make the sandwhiches, the girl was silent and unhelpful. Repeatedly had to ask and remind for small changes to the order.Couldn't check my rewards or use a gift card. The two employees only shrugged and refused to communicate the problem. I come to make my sandwich my way and want all my food fresh and clean. I like that they keep the food Seperate with a glass and always use clean gloves and washes there hands because that's what we watch for and we liked that thanks subway

Understaffed. Bad management. The staff there are left alone much of the time and there is a long line. They are overwhelmed. I waited 40 minutes and there was no churros or footlong cookies. This was the second time this has happened within the last month.
