DO NOT ORDER HERE! Poor customer service, no manager on duty! Does not receive orders from app, no refund,! The other day I couldn't get a refund for the cashier adding all items separately instead of a meal! Waste of so much of my time!

This is my first review for this subway, but my third bad experience. Yesterday I walked in about 12:00 pm with the employee making a drink for a pick up order. She turned around and very gruffly/rudely said you are going to have to wait a very long time because I have eight orders ahead of you and I am all by myself and walked out to deliver the pick up order. I stood there speechless. Mind you no one was in line and there was only one other person in there eating his sandwich. I finally just walked out dumbfounded. Obviously this employee needs a lesson on customer service and her approach. From the other reviews management is not concerned with making money or keeping their customers coming back. I had a very similar experience once before with her complaining about it would be awhile before she could get to me. She is always rude and impatient with her customers. Had she been kinder and presented the situation differently I would have waited. Or she could have just made my one sandwich since no one was there waiting inside or out for their pick up orders. She should be fired!

Don’t typically write reviews but really poor customer service here. I walked in wanting a sandwich and was rejected because she had a mobile order ahead of me which would have been fine if there was an apology, or even a welcome when I came through the door or even a ‘have a good day’ when I left because she said it would take 30 minutes. Really poor service and would recommend the extra 10 minute drive to the subway on 98.

This is the worst subway in the system. It’s not the employees fault. It’s the owners. Was told they weren’t taking orders in person for over an hour today. Corporate needs to get another franchisee in its place.

Waited 45 minutes with my wife and baby Maddison for a paid online order to be told that there was no order absolutely worst subway experience I have ever witnessed! This subway isn’t the usual one I go to but it was the closest to my house and we decided to get it for dinner. I got there around 9pm and service was slow. One co worker had her children there and was distracted by that when making my sub. Upon exiting, they were quick to lock the door about a half hour before the advertised close time listed on their door and on google. I’ll never come here again as the one closer to mulberry is more friendly, cleaner and better overall.

We ordered sandwiches and when my husband went to pick them up they were totally wrong. When I called to complain I was told to call a different store to speak with the owner/manager. When I called the other store I was told she was too busy to deal with customer complaints. According to an employee at the store she treats them like dogs and doesn't care about customers. Stay away from this place!

Make sure you are confident on how much food you’re supposed to get in a foot-long. This location is notorious for giving less than what you pay for it especially if you buy it off-line because now it’s not directly reflecting her since she doesn’t have to give you a direct refund.
