Went thru Drive thru on 98 in north Lakeland and had MJ take our order. She was very kind and accommodating; asking about what type of ice tea that I wanted. I am a diabetic so had to take special type of sugar. I thought she was friendly; but my 10 year old daughter as we were pulling away said "I wish everyone that worked fast food was like her; she was very nice!" Visited this establishment around 7:00 pm.No one takes your order here inside. You place your order on the Kiosk. The wait time was ridiculously long and then it was inaccurate with another long wait time to fix and complete the order.The majority of the tables were dirty and had not been cleaned. We asked an employee for a wipe down and he gave us a throw away cleaning rag.The atmosphere was not very clean and not very inviting. Had an issue with a large mobile order for a birthday party. We were missing 1 item and most of the other items were not as ordered. After contacting management we were offered for the order to be remade. The management made good on this offer and all is well. Thank you for the responsive coustmer service!!
