The worst dinner and dining experience EVER HERE. I come here from NY and tell everyone about this place. My steak was supposed to come out medium well it came bloody,they took it back and burned the outside while the inside came back still bloody.... The female manager comes to my table with a flashlight pointing at my steak and telling me it's just the lighting... WOW REALLY?????

Fine dining in the heart of Lakeland. From the moment you step into this restaurant the ambiance sets the stage for the meal of a lifetime. I highly recommend the Cajun Fried Mushrooms and Escargot for starters. Honestly all the appetizers are delicious but those are my favorites. My husband absolutely loved his 21 Day Dry Aged Bone-in Ribeye and I did sneak a taste. Phenomenal! If you are a steak lover then you have arrived my friend. The meal flows beautifully with the assistance of their top-notch staff and the managers make it a priority to stop by your table often to make sure you are having the meal dreams are made of. If you're like me and don't have room for dessert make sure you get a slice of their Salted Caramel Cheesecake to go. You will not be disappointed. I personally cannot wait to come back for another unforgettable meal.

Food: 1 star, given that they said they would butterfly my steak to have it be cooked well done. however, a piece was definitely missing or it was a steak “(7oz)” fit for a child, given its miniature form… they DO NOT let you know that it’s 7.oz BEFORE being cooked or at the very least give you an example as to what to expect from the cut.I also asked the “manager” to bring out the scale and weight the cut I was served and he said he would, but didn’t because they know they were in the wrong…The baked potato looked really good, but the main salad they give you with bread looked gross (don’t know how it tasted). The bread looked fine but it’s NOT allergen friendly nor are the desserts or fried appetizers… since it’s not even baked there or locally sourced… as they advertise their products/produce/meats to be……….Service: The waitress was nice, she did all she could to be accommodating and was at no fault at all. The “manager” clearly had anger issues and did not comport with decorum nor behaved in any form that would indicate he was or has been a manager with experience in the hospitality/restauranteur industry. He was confrontational, rude, and had an aggressive demeanor, especially when it came to handling the situation at hand and me being a lady. Not okay!Atmosphere: Fits the vibe. However if you wanna get smoke in your lungs and feel like you’re getting an asthma attack go for it or don’t sit in the very back…Overall: It’s at best your “friendly” neighborhood tacky steak house that will either rip you off or make you feel that Texas Roadhouse is the creme de la creme.

Managers are rude to waiters, I feel sorry for what the workers have to put up with. It is not the hosts or waiters fault the line cook and general managers are unfit for such an establishment. The general manager was also very rude to me and the body language would insinuate an aggressive and attempted intimidating demeanor.

This was a hidden gem in the area. The steak is cooked on natural wood and it had amazing flavor. If you love steaks cooked on real wood then make this a must do dining location. The interior is a bit dark but is fine for a steak house.

They removed the Texas tips from the menu and no longer give you a free entree for your birthday. Now they only give you $25 off if you purchase 2 entrees and the cheapest steak entree is now $39. Very disappointed and I think that pushes this restaurant out of mine and all 6 of my immediate family’s budget for birthday dinners. So sad. Used to spend every family birthday here and took all our friends when they visited from out of town. Hopefully they realize that they are losing lots of money by trying to scrape pennies.

My husband and I enjoyed a date night here. We were served by Michelle let me tell you… she was the BEST. She showed great concern of our comfort and the satisfaction of our food. Very nice and welcoming. The atmosphere was romantic…dim lights not to much noise very nice. Would definitely recommend this place. The food was AMAZING!!! OMG no complaints at all.
