So I decided to have an early breakfast on Sunday morning and went to this cafe after having driven past multiple times but not stopping in. Within 10 mins of ordering, I got my french toast, eggs, toast, ham, and hashbrowns. The hashbrowns at this place require no ketchup/hot sauce/extra flavor. Despite the fact its 9 am I was craving a pastrami sandwich and the edge came through with an amazing one! Been wanting to try this place and I'm officially a fan! Prices are very fair for fresh homemade food.They paid attention to detail and switched the rye bread out for Texas toast on my door dash order. The biscuits and gravy tasted like they were both from scratch. Awesome little local cafe. Ill be back soon to support privately owned local

I highly recommend The Edge Cafe, free wifi and amazing service. The food quality is absolutely amazing. Great affordable pricing and Veteran run! I would gladly wait in line for years just to have Pegs food.
