There was a homeless man sitting outside, so I felt awkward parking my car and going inside for ice cream. I went through the drive-thru which wasn't much better. I ordered a sundae, but didn't get a spoon. So I has to ask for it. And my sundae didn't come with a cherry on top, even though I asked for it in the order. Great!

Always an issue each and every time I give them a try. Either they don't have a product as advertised or there is an issue with the product they actually do have. Today I ordered a waffle cone with 2 scoops of a flavor thet rarely have and the waffle cone was stale and inedible. The manager (shift lead) gave me a refund but was very unapologetic about it. Really feels like the staff doesn't take pride in their product or service.

Supposedly open until 11 PM. All external lighting to property turned off shortly after 9 PM. All interior lighting dimmed to give the impression they are closed. No cars in the lot or the rear drive-up. No employees visible from the street or entrance to the facility. Upon entry, everything is cleaned and covered for the night. When admitting to the fact they are open to 11 PM and serving, customers are treated with disdain for having to request a purchase. Only one male and one female working. Surprised?Time was 9:42 PM on June 2nd. Tonight would be their last night if there was a manager present or anyone who cared or who knew!
Went to this establishment 2 times in the past month and have yet to be waited on. The first time I went we waited for about 20 minutes and there was only 3-4 people in front of us. Employees were standing around doing NOTHING and one girl working the ice cream counter. We left. I came back about 2 weeks later with my granddaughter and walked in, no one looked our way. I stood at the filthy dirty counter and saw that they only had a few ice cream containers that actually had anything in them and still no one (3 employees) looked our way. I will not give them another chance. This place should be torn down.

I go in to pick up an Uber eats order and they tell me they're closed for...cleaning? Despite there being no signs up front pointing this out, seeing other multiple people walking in and then walking out, cursing under their breath. If you're not going to put signs on the doors pouting ourlt you're closed in the middle of business hours, at LEAST turn your Uber orders off, I wasted gas and missed a profit opportunity because of this negligence. Not only earning a bad review from me but the woman I had to call and explain this to.

Average at best experience here. The ice cream was just ok. I would find a different place for frozen treats. It is attached to a Dunkin Donuts. So that is handy if you want both.
