This was our first time ordering from this establishment. First off, it is now named BFF. Doordash still has the name as L and J. Not a big deal but just putting the information out there. Next, I ordered 3 chicken and waffle orders (one with blueberries which included an upcharge). I got the order and the blueberries were not there. My food was delicious. So sorry about the photos I started to devour it before getting the photo. But my order also came with scrambled egg, grits and bacon . The bacon was really good. I had a large to go order so there was a bit of a wait. I did appreciate the owner making sure the order was correct before we left. I love that this is family owed business. If the food is good and the service sucks you get 2 stars from me. Unfortunately for this place that was the situation. I ordered thru Uber eats and when my order arrived it was missing grits, coffee, and my sandwich was on white instead of wheat bread. It was good but it was lacking. I was looking forward to the coffee and grits, and didn’t get it. Bad service right from the first order. Might give them another shot, but probably not.
