Food isn't as great as their competition, but their service and kindness far outweigh the minimally above-standard quality. Every time I ask for ban chan for my to-go orders, they add it neatly. Every single person at the counter I've run into has been kind. I've had disgusting treatment from Gabose, I mean DISGUSTING appalling behavior, but authentic food and I'd still prefer Rok any day. Came here late the other night to try out the wings. They only had one order left and service was a little slow, but that’s to be expected showing up late to a restaurant. 10/10 service though and nice environment definitely will be back and the wings were ??
