First I went to the ladies room to find the toilet seat to be golden yellow with urine. I asked the cashier if I could have a rag to clean it as there was someone in the other stall and no paper towels. She responded and cleaned. My issue is the person in the other stall comes out and low and behold it’s a manager. WOW!! Then I ordered my food to go Royal crispy chicken meal and we I got Hm it was a chicken wrap. I have called three times and no one will pick up the phone....read full review
